Credits do not expire while they sit on your balance, and a new pack adds to whatever is left rather than replacing it.

Admin-controlled pricing

The business model is configuration, not hardcoded behaviour.

  • 10, 25 and 50 credit packs ship by default.
  • Admins can create new packs with any credit count and price.
  • The credit cost of a single unlock is configurable.
  • Admins can grant or deduct credits manually with a recorded reason.
  • Every credit movement is written to a transaction ledger.

Common questions

Is TutorKhoji free to join?
Yes. Creating an account and browsing is free for both parents and tutors. You only pay when you choose to unlock contact details.
What exactly does one credit buy?
One credit reveals the contact details of one tutor or one student requirement — phone number, email address and full address. Re-unlocking the same contact is blocked and costs nothing.
Why packs instead of a monthly plan?
Because tuition needs are seasonal. A Class 10 board exam year is intense, then it is over. Packs let you buy when you need them and stop, rather than paying for months you are not searching.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis, and refunds are required where a pack was purchased by mistake or the service could not be delivered. The refund policy covers the specifics.
Who sets the price per unlock?
The admin console does. It controls both the credit cost of a single unlock and the pack prices, so the model can be tuned without a code change.
Do tutors pay to be listed?
No listing fee. A verified tutor profile is free to maintain. Tutors spend credits only on unlocking student requirements that fit their profile.

Prices shown are illustrative configuration for this build. They are editable in the admin console and will be set properly before any real payment processing is enabled.
