How do I report someone I unlocked?

Open the contact from My Contacts and use the report action. The report is linked to that specific unlock, so the moderator sees exactly which listing you paid to see.

How long does tutor verification take?

Verification reviews submitted qualification and identity details. Turnaround depends on the queue, and you can check the current status on your tutor dashboard at any time.

My credits did not arrive after payment.

Check the payments page first — it shows the order status. If a payment shows as successful but credits are missing, send us the order reference from that page.

Can I change my city or locality after registering?

Yes. Edit your profile, and update any open tuition requirement. Match scores recalculate against the new location immediately.

Do you take a commission on tuition fees?

No. TutorKhoji charges only for contact unlocks. Whatever you agree as tuition fees is between you and the other party.
